Chapter One - The Stakes of Leadership

Strong leadership within the Church is vital to sustain healthy ministries, to grow and overflow love into to the community around us. Leadership must be supernaturally equipped and yielded to the Holy Spirits leading. Leaders must cast "God" visions and build loving focused teams in order to accomplish its calling; which is to preach effectively, reach the lost, love those in need, and heal. When we obey the calling of leadership, we step into transformational ministry that gives glory to the Lord.
